QualificationsWhat is your role?
Work with learners implementing behavioral and instructional ABA based programs as designed by the BCBA in a school, home or community setting.
Collect data as directed by your team's BCBA.
Follow behavior and skill acquisition plans in a playful yet professional manner as directed by your team’s BCBA.
Promote client dignity and safety at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members in an acceptable time frame.
Attend regular team meetings and CLM coaching sessions.
Drive self to multiple work sites during the work day.
Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
Commitment to following company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and adhere to HIPPA laws as well as the Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts/RBTs.
What’s needed from you?
Must have a desire to work with individuals with Autism or other developmental needs.
Positive attitude and kindness towards team members and clients.
[Preferred] Experience working with children and /or adults in the school, home and/or community settings.
[Minimum] High School diploma and background check
[Preferred] Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
[Preferred] Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in good standing or willing to complete RBT certification within one year of employment.
Reliable transportation required.
A background check
Negative TB test required
Carry out schedule as agreed upon, including good time keeping
Comply with California Department of Public Health COVID-19 policies.
Willingness to complete the Competent Learner Model (CLM) Course of Study.
Accepts feedback and implements suggestions.
Demonstrates initiative, creativity and flexibility with individuals and how the learning environments are arranged and rearranged.
