• Collect data on observable client behavior
• Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Skills:
• Experience working with children with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities
• Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow protocols
Perspectives' New Employee Orientation program provides a welcoming, in-depth training experience to accommodate those who have never worked with people with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications:
• Must have at least one year of college level education or currently be enrolled in a minimum of 6 college credits
• Favorable background check, driving record and DCYF clearance
• Valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle
