In-Home RBT Therapist — BCBA Support, PTO & Growth

Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Vineyard and Orem, Utah. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children to enhance their communication and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA strategies.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $22 to $27 per hour based on experience, along with growth opportunities and a supportive culture. Candidates must have an active RBT certification or be willing to pursue certification.
