Job Description
RBT position include working independently to implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reductions plans, data collection and selected assessments under the supervision of a special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in order to ensure students with significant disabilities are demonstrating academic, social, emotional and behavioral growth in the least restrictive environment. Must demonstrate the skills of flexibility, problem-solving, self-motivation, and effective communication skills. Anticipated hourly pay range is $22.57- $23.74 depending on experience.
High school diploma; Associates Degree or higher preferred. Must have Registered Behavior Technician Certification with the BACB.

Responsibilities
- •Registered Behaivor Technician to be assigned to the greatest area of need as determined by the Director of Special Services. 6.5 hours per day with flexible work time between 7:30 AM and 3:30PM based on daily assignment
