BCBAs are our top-tier ABA case supervisors with Morris Behavior Coaching! They manage a caseload of clients, assist with training and supporting our direct-service staff as well as our students, and help MBC provide quality care.

Student BCBA IIs are those on the path to become a BCBA with Morris Behavior Coaching! They work as a hybrid role over 6 months to 2 years while practicing skills to use in their future career as a BCBA. MBC provides all Student BCBAs with their entire 1,500 – 2,000 hours of supervised fieldwork during their employment. Note: we also hire Student BCBA Is who are enrolled in their graduate program!

BC-ABAs are those behavior consultants who manage client cases with Morris Behavior Coaching! They work both in a supervisory capacity and a direct-service capacity with our clients, and design medically-necessary behavioral intervention under the supervision of a clinical manager. They are also responsible for direction and supervision of BHT-ABAs. Our BC-ABAs work from their home and in client’s homes, schools, and in the greater community and they maintain quarterly records of their client’s progress, as well as complete assessments, treatment plans, and caregiver coaching.

Responsibilities:
• Meet minimum monthly billable hour requirements, as per position and hiring agreement (multiple options available)
• All duties performed under the direct supervision of the clinical director
• Maintain client confidentiality and dignity at all times
• Direct-service ABA treatment with clients
• Measurement of client skills, including data collection, recording, graphing, and descriptions of behavior
• Effective implementation of experimental designs
• Effective applications of behavior-analytic skills, including assessment, behavior-change procedures, selecting and implementing interventions, and the supervision of BHT-ABAs
• Documentation and reporting of all client activities as per payor and MBC guidelines, including effective written communication, seeking clinical direction, and session notes
• Professional conduct as per the BCBA ethics code (even without board certification)
• Participation in MBC ongoing training and professional development
• Additional responsibilities, including mentorship, training, modeling, etc. to be used in the growth and development of other MBC staff, and/or other duties assigned by supervisors
• Administrative work, like scheduling, phone calls/text messages, and session preparation
• Travel/drive time between clients
• Additional duties as part of fieldwork supervision, including meetings and unrestricted BCBA-level tasks, if applicable

Requirements:

A_ll ABA Case Supervisors_ must obtain/maintain the following, at a minimum:
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Have an active driver’s license
• Have a personal vehicle or other reliable means of transportation
• 6 months of ABA experience
• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• PA LBS Certification
• State and local clearances, as assigned

BCBAs must also:
• Have active BCBA credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Have 12 months ABA experience
• Provide writing samples upon request

At MBC, we work with young children with autism and related diagnoses. This is an active role (as opposed to a desk job) where we are playing with and teaching young children. This position may require the physical ability to:
• Sit or stand for 1-2 hours at a time (with short breaks)
• Sit on child-sized chairs, sit on the floor, ride school buses, etc.
• Lift up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs and/or playground equipment
• Get on and off the floor from a seated position
• Bend, squat, lean over, or otherwise perform atypical movements

Pay Information:

There is a range of starting salaries available, based on education, experience, monthly billable hours, and fieldwork needs. The pay range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 annually. More specific pay information will be discussed during the interview process.
