Job Description

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking full and part time School Based Behavior Technician's / RBT's to assist students, either 1:1 or in a small group setting, in school classrooms during school hours for the 2026/2027 school year in Orange County.

The School Based Behavior Technician / RBT role entails supporting students who require behavioral support by utilizing ABA strategies to manage maladaptive behaviors and ensuring students are staying on track with their classwork and school activities. Must have minimum 6 months of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience.

• Monday - Friday
• Morning & Day shifts - Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm (Part Time available)
• After School Shifts - Monday - Friday, 2pm-6pm (Part Time available)
• Competitive Pay Rate - up to $27+ / Hour
• *Previous ABA Experience Required**

Minimum Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 6 months of ABA therapy experience
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
