• Teaching individuals with autism how to communicate, play, make friends, and function independently, while helping reduce any inappropriate behaviors
• Collaborating and engaging with treatment teams by participating in clinical meetings to and get specific feedback from case managers
• Collecting data onsite to demonstrate client's progress
• Traveling to local sites to provide therapy (our clinic, client's home, schools, parks, libraries).
Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent, BA/BS preferred but not required
• Experience/exposure to autism professionally or personally (e.g., through family/friends) preferred but not required
• Desire to help individuals and eagerness to learn
• Available to work at least 12 hours per week on arranged schedule
• Own means of transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Passing medical and background check upon hire
• Timely communications
• Being organized, punctual, and reliable
• ** Applicants with no experience in ABA will undergo at least 40 hours of paid training (at training rate) including field observations pending their performance and supervisor's evaluation.
• **Our primary staffing needs are from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday). It would be better for you to be available during these time slots. We have staffing needs in the morning from 8:30 to 1:30 pm, but it is limited. Your availability could greatly affect our hiring decision.
Minimum of 12-15 hours per week is required.
Work locations:
Anaheim, Buena Park, Cypress, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Midway City, Westminster, Orange, Irvine. Applicants located within a 10 mile radius of these locations are preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
