What You’ll Be Doing
Direct Therapy & Support
• Provide 1:1 ABA services following BCBA-created treatment plans
• Support skill acquisition and behavior goals with consistency and care
• Collect accurate data and complete daily session notes
• Assist with assessments under BCBA supervision
• Implement reinforcement strategies and behavior protocols as directed

Team & Family Collaboration
• Communicate regularly with leadership and teammates
• Participate in team meetings and apply feedback thoughtfully
• Maintain professional, respectful relationships with families

Safety & Organization
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy space
• Protect client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Show up for kids with patience, compassion, and attentiveness

Training & Growth
• Ongoing supervision from the Clinical Director
• Monthly team continuing education sessions
• Bi-annual goal setting and performance reviews with actionable feedback
