Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. This contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate alongside educators and specialists, assisting learners from kindergarten through grade 12. Your expertise will help empower students to reach their fullest potential and foster positive behavioral and academic outcomes.

Key Qualifications:
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience supporting students in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work with diverse student populations, including those with behavioral or developmental needs
• Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
• Flexible mindset and ability to adapt strategies for various age groups (K12)
• Strong collaboration skills, working with teachers, support staff, and families

Core Responsibilities:
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a Board Certified Behavior Analysts supervision
• Collect data and accurately document student progress
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with students to encourage engagement and growth
• Collaborate with educators to monitor student behavior, provide feedback, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in team meetings, contributing observations and insights to the broader support team
