• Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in a school setting.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized education planning.
Qualifications:
• Valid SLP certification with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
• Experience working in school settings with pediatric caseloads.
• Ability to manage a full elementary caseload independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current licensure or eligibility to work in Vermont.
Location: Colchester, VT (with involvement in Burlington, VT area)
Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time
Duration: Maternity leave coverage from April 22, 2026, to June 15, 2026
Work Environment: Onsite
This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable pediatric school-based experience in a supportive community setting. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $45 to $55.
