Now Hiring: Full-Time or Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Miami Lakes, FL 33016

We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate RBTs to join our team in Miami Lakes . We have openings for the following weekday schedules :
• Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:20 PM
• Monday–Friday: 3:45 PM – 6:45 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record behavioral data accurately
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain organized session plans
• Collaborate with families to support client goals
• Maintain clinical documentation and timely session notes
• Attend staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions

Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Certification:
• Preferred: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Not certified yet? We provide paid training and support to help you become an RBT before starting with clients
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (required)
• Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for helping children and families
Compensation & Benefits (Part-Time or Full-Time)
• Competitive Pay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and certification
• RBT Certification Assistance: Full support and cost coverage to earn your credential
