We are currently hiring for part-time and full-time positions (15–30 client hours per week), with flexible options for daytime, evening, or weekend sessions. We look forward to welcoming more dedicated clinicians to join us in this mission.

Responsibilities
• Conduct intake assessments and establish strong therapeutic relationships.
• Provide high-quality therapy for individuals, couples, families, and/or children.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinical and licensing standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Actively participate in team meetings, consultation, and supervision.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree (or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Illinois licensure (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• A background in Christian counseling is a plus
• Interest in working with children and adolescents is a plus
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and use of best practices in mental health care.
• Availability for 15-30 client hours per week.
