Job Description
Make a difference by supporting students across Pre-K through 12th grade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a welcoming and collaborative school setting. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite with diverse caseloads, approximately 50-60 students, helping them achieve their behavioral and educational goals.

Desired Qualifications:
• Current BCBA certification required
• Experience working in school settings preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of 50-60 students across varying grade levels (Pre-K-12)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
• Passion for supporting student growth, independence, and positive behavior change
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement strategies and interventions
• Provide direct support and consultative services for students with behavioral needs
• Monitor and document progress; adjust plans as needed for optimal outcomes
• Train and support staff in implementing behavioral strategies and data collection
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
