Your Responsibilities:
• Engage and teach children through play based on individualized treatment plans
• Observe, play, and collect data to document progress accurately
• Assist children in developing vital life skills, including motor, social, and emotional skills
• Support children in converting challenging behaviors into effective communication skills
• Make a significant impact in the lives of the children you work with!

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
• Prior paid experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare provider, nanny, in a school setting, or ABA) preferred
• High energy, creativity, and the ability to think on your feet
• Reliability-someone whom clients and families can depend on
• Physical ability to get up and down off the floor and move swiftly
• Comfort with technology, including data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• A strong desire to learn, work independently, and deliver high-quality care
• Interest in using evidence-based, scientifically proven methods
