Job Description
Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the next level by supporting students in an educational environment near South Burlington, VT. This contract opportunity is ideal for passionate professionals interested in making a direct impact in elementary, middle, and high school settings. Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification required
• Valid licensure to practice as a BCBA
• Experience providing behavioral services in school environments is highly desirable
• Comfort working across elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform functional behavioral assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
• Support educators in implementing positive behavioral supports and strategies
• Provide direct and indirect services to students, including one-on-one modeling and staff consultation
• Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
• Train and coach school staff on behavioral techniques and best practices
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to individualized education plan development
