Job Description
Empower students growth and support impactful programs as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic school-based setting for the upcoming contract opportunity. Travel professionals are enthusiastically welcomed to join this rewarding onsite role, which serves a diverse caseload ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade. Working closely with school staff and families, youll play a key part in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans that transform student experiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience providing behavioral analysis and support for children/adolescents, preferably in an educational or school environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teamseducators, therapists, and families.
• Exceptional communication skills and empathy serving students with varied needs across different grade levels.
• Commitment to best practices and ethical guidelines in behavior analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students Pre-K through 12th grade.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Train and support school personnel and families on effective behavioral strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and intervention outcomes.
• Serve as a key resource for behavior support, contributing to a positive school environment.
• Provide ongoing guidance to ensure student success throughout their educational journey.
