Job Description
Behavioral Consultant
Join our dedicated team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. In this leadership role, you will provide clinical oversight and mentorship to registered behavior technicians (RBTs) while maintaining an engaging clinical caseload. We are looking for a strong clinician and leader who is committed to delivering ethical and high-quality ABA services and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead clinical supervision for BCBAs and RBTs throughout our region.
• Manage a balanced caseload and oversee client treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and payer requirements for quality assurance.
• Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and progress reports.
• Deliver ongoing staff training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Support clinical teams through consultation and effective problem-solving.
• Monitor the quality of clinical documentation and treatment integrity.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance clinical systems and service delivery.
• Contribute to staff development, hiring, and onboarding of clinical team members.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, providers, and community partners.
Qualifications
• Mandatory Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Utah LBA (or ability to obtain).
• Proven experience in supervising BCBAs and RBTs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Dedication to ethical, high-quality ABA services.
Experience
• Experience in supervising BCBAs and RBTs.
• Experience in reviewing treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation.
• Proficient in quality assurance and maintaining clinical standards.
• Experience working with children facing autism and developmental disabilities.
