Benefits & Compensation Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.
BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles are eligible.

Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes and clinical quality.
Clinical Guidance: BCBAs receive guidance from a Clinical Advisory Board featuring leading clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.
Education and Support Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year, additional funding for additional courses, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
