Job Description

Know Boundaries ABA Therapy is currently hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the following areas of Tennessee:

Antioch, Spring Hill, Winchester, La Vergne, Nolensville, Murfreesboro, Lyles, Hohenwald and Shelbyville with a $500 Sign-On Bonus!

Pay: $16.00–$22.00 per hour

Our mission is to provide exceptional services and meaningful opportunities for both our clients and clinicians. Position Overview

Behavior Technicians work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate closely with clients, families, and team members to improve outcomes for the individuals we serve.

Requirements
• Complete 40+ hours of training to obtain RBT certification (support and guidance provided upon offer of employment)
• Maintain a consistent availability schedule
• Reliable transportation and valid insurance
• Strong communication and basic technology skills
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred
• Be able to use and operate apps on an IPad
