What You’ll Do
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community settings
• Implement behavior plans
• Work primarily with children in their homes and community
• Collect accurate data and communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA
• Build strong, respectful relationships with families
• Support skill development, independence, and emotional regulation
What We’re Looking For
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification - minimum 1 year
• Calm, patient, and compassionate approach — especially during challenging moments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation for in-home services
• Willingness to learn, grow, and receive feedback
Required: Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Pay & Benefits
• $24.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience
