We are hiring BCBAs throughout Greater Los Angeles, including:
• Downtown Los Angeles
• East & West Los Angeles
• San Fernando Valley
• South Bay
• Long Beach
• Surrounding communities

Caseloads are kept within your region whenever possible.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA at BLN, you will:
• Oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, FBA, Vineland)
• Develop data-driven treatment plans
• Lead parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and progress reporting

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA® certification in good standing
• Minimum 2 years experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
• DOJ/FBI background clearance and TB test

This role involves active engagement with clients and may include standing, kneeling, reaching, and assisting clients as needed.
