• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, along with relevant licensure or certification.
• Experience working with diverse populations and sensitivity to cultural differences is valuable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
