Job Description:
As a BCaBA at Fast Track ABA Center, you will work directly with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to families and team members. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of individuals and promoting their independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and assist in the development of treatment plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate data on behavior and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
