Clinical Director (BCBA) - Startup ABA Clinic
Killeen, TX | In-Clinic | Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
Be You ABA (Hi5 ABA) is opening a new ABA clinic in Killeen, TX and is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to help lead and build our clinical program from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys leadership, mentoring clinicians, and shaping clinic culture while delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families.

Compensation
$100,000 - $110,000 annual salary
• $60-$65 per hour while building caseload
• Transition to salary once full caseload (100 billable hours per month) is reached
• 25 billable hours per week expectation
Schedule
Monday - Friday
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
In-clinic position located in Killeen, TX
Flexible schedule - Make your own schedule
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
• Provide clinical oversight for ABA services and treatment programming
• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Ensure services meet clinical quality standards and Tricare compliance requirements
Team Leadership
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
• Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
• Foster a collaborative and supportive clinic culture
Program Development
• Help establish clinical procedures and operational workflows
• Support clinic growth and manage caseload development
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and outcomes
Family Collaboration
• Work closely with families and caregivers
• Provide support to military families and the surrounding Killeen community
Productivity Expectations
• 25 billable hours per week
• Hourly employees must maintain a 2.5:1 billable-to-nonbillable ratio
• Caseload expected to reach approximately 100 billable hours per month
Qualifications
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Eligible for Texas BCBA licensure
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for improving the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities
