Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services in home and community settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation in a timely manner.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support clients in achieving individualized treatment goals.
• Collaborate with caregivers, supervisors, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in ABA, behavioral health, special education, childcare, developmental disabilities, mental health, social services, or a related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work at least two weekdays consistently.
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to travel to client homes and community locations within assigned service areas.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
Preferred Qualifications
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Child Development, Behavioral Science, Social Work, or a related field.
