Behavior Technician

Duties:

- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.

- Assist with the implementation of applied behavior techniques.

- Conduct crisis intervention as necessary.

- Administer medication as directed by medical professionals.

- Experience in PSR Therapy (important)

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.

Skills:

- Knowledge of applied behavior principles and techniques.

- Ability to collect and analyze data on client behavior.

- Strong crisis intervention skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.

- Ability to provide patient care in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
