- ALL
- Age
- 18 Years - 65 Years
- Healthy Volunteers

Interventions
- Lumbar motor control exercises — DEVICE24 sessions over an 8-week period, at a frequency of three sessions per week (on alternating days -Monday, Wednesday, and Friday-); 60min/session.
- Gluteal strengthening exercises — DEVICEGluteal strengthening exercises will be performed in the same days as lumbar motor control program.

The present study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an 8-week combined lumbar motor control and gluteal muscle strengthening program in individuals with chronic non-specific low back pain
