Interventions
- CD22/CD19 CAR-T cell immunotherapy — BIOLOGICALAutologous T cells were collected and genetically modified to express chimeric antigen receptors targeting CD19 and CD22. Following lymphodepleting chemotherapy, patients received a single intravenous infusion of CD19/CD22 CAR-T cells.
Study Details
The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy and safety of CD19/CD22 Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-Cell immunotherapy as first-line consolidation therapy in patients with follicular lymphoma.
