ABA Credential Mix

The registry lists 61 BCBA providers and 118 RBT providers. Another 10 providers hold dual BCBA and RBT credentials, so those individuals are included in both credential counts; the categories are not mutually exclusive. The resulting BCBA-to-RBT relationship is roughly one supervisor for every two direct-care technicians, suggesting a meaningful supervision base while also highlighting the region’s larger RBT workforce. The update identifies 61 providers with multiple taxonomies, another overlapping measure that should not be read as a separate share of the provider total.

Workforce Demographics

Among individual providers, 180 are female, representing 81%, while 41 are male, or 19%. No providers were identified as nonbinary. Advanced Recovery & Counseling LLC appeared twice, indicating repeated organizational activity in the registry. Miami led the listed cities with 78 providers, followed by Hialeah with 20, Stuart with 16, West Palm Beach with 15, and Fort Lauderdale with 12.

The combination of rapid registrations, a large RBT pipeline, and a substantial BCBA base points to expanding ABA capacity, although continued growth will depend on maintaining enough qualified supervisors to support direct-care staffing.
