The organization records are not included in that gender breakdown. Milwaukee, Madison, La Crosse, Appleton and Green Bay are the listed leading cities. Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center appears repeatedly under two naming variants, with one recorded five times and the other three times, indicating a notable institutional presence in the registry.
