Study Details
This phase II trial is studying how well VEGF Trap works in treating patients with previously treated metastatic colorectal cancer. VEGF Trap may stop the growth of colorectal cancer by blocking blood flow to the tumor.

Arms
- Experimental: Arm IPatients receive VEGF Trap (aflibercept) IV over 1 hour on day 1. Treatment repeats every 14 days in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
Primary Outcome Measure
Objective Tumor Response (Defined as Partial or Complete Response as Defined by the RECIST Criteria) [ Time Frame: Up to 6 years ]
