Interventions
- Etoposide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, Cyclophosphamide, Rituximab — DRUG6 courses of Dose Adjusted-EPOCH-Rituximab Rituximab 375 mg/m² i.v.: one injection at each of the 6 courses of EPOCH.
