- Osimertinib — DRUGOsimertinib is an oral, potent, selective, irreversible inhibitor of both EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor sensitizing and resistance mutations in non-small cell lung cancer with a significant selectivity margin over wild type EGFR.
