  • Experimental: Single-Arm
    Patients receive Rimegepant combined with AG chemotherapy as first-line treatment for metastatic pancreatic cancer, with assessment of efficacy and safety outcomes.

Primary Outcome Measure

Progression-Free Survival [ Time Frame: From randomization to disease progression or death, with follow-up for up to 2 years after treatment initiation. ]
