- inspiratory muscle trianing — OTHERtwenty Behcet disease patients with pulmonary endoarterectomy will be will recive program of inspiratory msucle trianing for 12 weeks (one session daily, except the last two days of the week)

physical complications are common in Behcet disease patients with pulmonary endoarterectomy, so outcomes of program of inspiratory msucle trianing must be investigated

- Experimental: group number 1twenty Behcet disease patients with pulmonary endoarterectomy will be will recive program of inspiratory msucle trianing for 12 weeks (one session daily, except the last two days of the week)
- No Intervention: group number 2twenty Behcet disease patients with pulmonary endoarterectomy will act as wailisting group for 12 weeks
Primary Outcome Measure
forced vital capacity [ Time Frame: it will be measured after 12 weeks ]
