  • Experimental: Double-Blind ponsegromab Treatment dose
    Ponsegromab 400 mg subcutaneous injection every 4 weeks
  • Placebo Comparator: Double-Blind Placebo Treatment
    Match placebo subcutaneous injection every 4 weeks

Percent change from baseline in Lumbar Skeletal Muscle Index [ Time Frame: Baseline, Week 12 ]
