- 6 Years - 10 Years
- Healthy Volunteers

Interventions
- Conventional physcial therapy program — OTHERboth groups will recive 60 minuts physical therapy training
- Nordic walking trining — OTHERthe NW-group will recive gait training for 15 minutes using walking poles
- treadmill trianing — OTHERthe TM-group will recive gait training for 15 minutes using treadmill device
Study Details
Children with hemiparesis show characteristic walking pattern resulting from weakness and spasticity on one side of the body. Nordic walking (NW) engages both the upper and lower body, which can help improve coordination and balance.
