  • Time-driven dosing — BEHAVIORAL
    Three hours earlier or later than usual exercise

Study Details

Healthy individuals will be tested at different times of day to determine whether exercise at a non-expected time results in poorer performance.

  • No Intervention: Regular Exercise
    Exercise at the usual time
  • Experimental: Early Exercise
    Exercise three hours earlier than usual
  • Experimental: Exercise Late
    Exercise three hours later than usual

Primary Outcome Measure

Isometric quadriceps strength [ Time Frame: 15 minutes ]
