Interventions
- WHHIP — BEHAVIORALWorksite wellness interventions designed to increase physical activity for staff and reduce barriers to physical activity (such as job stress).
- FFC — BEHAVIORALInterventions designed to increase workers' engagement and encouragement of function focused care with residents
Study Details
The purpose of the study is to test a program that aims to help staff increase wellness behaviors and test the impact of this program on staff and work outcomes. We will also assess the impact of the program on residents' physical activity and function.

Arms
- Experimental: WHHIP with FFC interventionsStep 1, Identify a stakeholder team and identify and train an AL champion to work with the interventionist to provide the WHHIP+FFC. Step 2, Environment and policy assessment for PA changes. Step 3, Education and goal setting. Step 4, Mentoring and motivation of staff and residents.
Primary Outcome Measure
Sedentary, light, moderate and vigorous physical activity [ Time Frame: -3 months, 0, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months ]
