For research sites

Is this your research site?

We publish a page for every recruiting research site in the country, built from public records. Verifying tells everyone who lands on yours that a real person there stands behind it — and lets you fix what we got wrong.

Start by finding your site.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute.

  1. 1

    Find your site

Search by name. Every recruiting research site in the United States has a page, built from public ClinicalTrials.gov records.

  2. 2

    Confirm your work email

We email you a 6-digit code. If your address matches the contacts or website already published for the site, you're verified on the spot; if not, a person reviews it within one business day.

  3. 3

    Fix what's wrong

Check the address, phone and website we hold and correct anything that's out of date. Changes are reviewed before they go live.

Plain English

What the label does and doesn't mean.

What it means

Someone with a working email address at this organization confirmed they work here. It is not an endorsement, a certification, or a commercial relationship with Hipa.ai.

What we do with it

Nothing is published about you personally. Your name, role and email go to the team so we can reach you about your studies — they never appear on the page. Verifying does not create an account, sign you up for anything, or give anyone access to applicant details.
