• Oat Fiber — DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT
  4 grams of supplementation by capsule per day for two days
• Placebo — DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT
  4 grams of supplementation (placebo) by capsule per day for two days

Study Details

The purpose of the study is to determine whether short-term use of an oat fiber supplement reduces exposure to your urine levels of dietary chemicals like bisphenol A (BPA). This study will also examine whether supplementation with NeutraOat oat fiber influences blood glucose levels using continuous glucose monitoring.

Urine Plasticizer Concentration [ Time Frame: Urine samples will be take over the course of three weeks. ]
