Study Details
Participants will perform table tennis, pickleball, and tennis swings while arm and leg muscles are analyzed with surface electromyography. Then blood flow resistance will be added to the non-swinging arm.

Arms
- Arm: Cohort performing the 3 sports swings with and without BFR applied to their arm Group/CCohort of 30 healthy participants
Primary Outcome Measure
Surface Electromyography [ Time Frame: Data will be collected on a single "baseline" day. Each subject will only have data collection on one single day. The time frame will be only one hour from the start of data collection to the end. No follow up trials or data collection. ]
