- adalimumab — DRUG40 mg eow through Week 12 followed by OL 40 mg eow through Week 48, permitted to escalate to weekly dosing upon relapse

- adalimumab — DRUG80 mg W0, 40 mg eow through Week 12 followed by OL 40 mg eow through Week 48, permitted to escalate to weekly dosing upon relapse
