- Bevacizumab/Irinotecan — DRUGBevacizumab 10mg/kg D1 Irinotecan 125mg/m2 D1 (without enzyme-inducing antiepileptic drugs \[EIAEDs\] or 340mg/m2 for patients on EIAEDs) every 2 weeks
