Interventions
- EEG-Based Neural Signal Decoding Strategy — PROCEDUREEEG-based neural signal decoding will be performed during the perioperative period to identify cognitive functional networks and assist individualized cognitive function preservation during brain tumor surgery.
Study Details
Brain tumors and their surgical treatment may impair cognitive function, affecting patients' quality of life. This prospective single-arm study aims to evaluate the feasibility and clinical utility of an EEG-based neural signal decoding strategy for cognitive function preservation in patients undergoing brain tumor surgery. Participants will undergo standardized neuropsychological assessments together with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative electrophysiological recordings. The study will investigate whether EEG-based neural decoding can improve objective cognitive function assessment and support individualized functional preservation during brain tumor surgery.

Arms
- Experimental: EEG-Guided Cognitive Function PreservationParticipants undergoing brain tumor surgery will receive the EEG-based neural signal decoding strategy in addition to standard surgical management for individualized cognitive function preservation. Cognitive outcomes will be evaluated using standardized neuropsychological assessments.
Primary Outcome Measure
Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) Total Score [ Time Frame: Baseline, postoperative 1 week, postoperative 1 month, and postoperative 3 months ]
