Interventions

  • Routine ERAS Perioperative Care — OTHER
    Patients receive routine perioperative care according to the institutional ERAS protocol. No intervention is assigned by the investigators. ERAS compliance is assessed observationally.

Study Details

This prospective observational study will evaluate the association between ERAS protocol compliance and postoperative nutritional outcomes in 120 patients undergoing lung cancer surgery. ERAS compliance will be recorded, and patients will be classified as having high, moderate, or low compliance. NRS-2002 and PNI will be assessed before surgery and at postoperative 48 hours. Hospital stay and postoperative complications will also be evaluated.

Arms

  • Arm: High ERAS Compliance
    Patients with an overall ERAS protocol compliance rate of 80% or greater.
  • Arm: Moderate ERAS Compliance
    Patients with an overall ERAS protocol compliance rate between 60% and 79%.
  • Arm: Low ERAS Compliance
    Patients with an overall ERAS protocol compliance rate below 60%.

Primary Outcome Measure

Change in Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 Score [ Time Frame: From preoperative assessment to 48 hours after surgery ]
