Study Details

The purpose of this prospective study is to investigate whether ophthalmic artery stenosis (narrowing of the ophthalmic artery) contributes to the development and progression of geographic atrophy (GA), an advanced form of dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD).

Primary Outcome Measure

To demonstrate the ability to quantify ophthalmic artery stenosis using a commercially available, non-invasive imaging modality, PC-CTA. [ Time Frame: From enrollment to the end of the 12-month study period. ]
