• NCT07696338 is the REACT study of airway-clearance therapies for people with cystic fibrosis. Sponsored by Nicole Hamblett, it includes parallel studies of hypertonic saline and dornase alfa and plans to enroll 405 participants.
• NCT07723963 is Jazz Pharmaceuticals’ Phase 2/Phase 3 study of JZP926 for juvenile myoclonic epilepsy. The trial plans to enroll 260 participants and evaluates safety and efficacy.

Children are included in 7 of the new July studies, while 6 include older adults. None is limited exclusively to women or men. One of the 11 new trials accepts healthy volunteers, adding a smaller but timely opportunity for people without the conditions under study.
