• NCT07720284 is a Phase 3 AstraZeneca study enrolling 915 adults with high-risk muscle-invasive urothelial cancer after radical surgery. It compares dato-DXd plus rilvegostomig with standard care as adjuvant treatment.
• NCT07735637, also sponsored by AstraZeneca, is a Phase 3 multiple myeloma study planning 750 participants who are eligible for transplantation. It compares AZD0120 consolidation treatment with autologous stem-cell transplantation.
• NCT07728188 is a Phase 3 AbbVie study of injected etentamig plus oral pomalidomide versus standard therapies for adults with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Planned enrollment is 520 participants.
• NCT07735611, sponsored by Case Comprehensive Cancer Center, is the RISE trial, a randomized evaluation of two FDA-cleared robotic bronchoscopy platforms for diagnosing peripheral pulmonary lesions. The study plans to include 398 participants.
• NCT07717437 is the DRAGON registry, sponsored by Maastricht University Medical Center, for patients with primarily unresectable liver cancer or liver metastases who underwent combined portal and hepatic vein embolization. Planned enrollment is 350 participants.
• NCT07696338 is the REACT study of early airway-clearance therapies for people with cystic fibrosis. Sponsored by Nicole Hamblett, it includes parallel studies of hypertonic saline and dornase alfa and plans to enroll 405 participants.

Newly opened conditions also include chronic lymphocytic leukemia, Crohn’s disease, chronic rhinosinusitis, bone marrow failure syndromes, brain and nervous system cancers, desmoplastic small round cell tumor, and diabetes. Relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma appears most often among the new condition categories, with 2 July openings.
